Positive: Je to skvělý hotel v centru Plzně. Čistý, pohodlný pokoj, bohatá snídaně, možnost parkování. Potřeboval jsem přespat v Plzni jednu noc a tento hotel absolutně splnil účel.

Negative: Jediná zvláštnost byl hluk sbíječky. Přijel jsem v pátek odpoledne a potřeboval jsem si odpočinout, nicméně, sbíječka jela snad do 18h. Na můj dotaz mi bylo řečeno, že se hotel přestavuje za chodu - toto vysvětlení jsem přijal s pochopením. Nicméně, když mne pak hluk sbíječky vzbudil v sobotu ráno již před 8h - to bylo přece jen divné. To je to takový problém počkat s děláním hluku do např. 9h...? Vím, chtějí to mít co nejrychleji přestavěné, ale dělají to na úkor platících hostů. Možná nabídnutá sleva a odložení začátku prací v sobotu ráno na po 9h by bylo hezké a pochopitelné gesto. Každopádně, jakmile to bude hotové (možná už dokonce je!), tak bych hotelu neměl co vytknout! Proto moje hodnocení 9/10, bez toho hluku by to bylo 10/10.

Positive: Our stay was well worth the money. The location was excellent—safe, convenient, and made it easy to explore the area on foot. We were allowed to store our luggage because we arrived early and wanted to explore the city before we were able to check in. One thing that really stood out for me was the air conditioning. During the hot weather, it worked well, which made a huge difference in getting a good night's sleep and coming back to a cool, comfortable room after being out all day. Overall, this hotel offered a great combination of value, comfort, accessibility, and service. I would stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location.

Positive: The location was perfect, it was just at the edge of the old town. Although the hotel lobby was not exactly the most inviting and the design was a bit old, the floors above and the room was nicely furnished, cosy and quiet. The room was exactly as we expected, it had everything we needed. Overall a great stay!
